GPSno characterizes the genetic and pharmacogenomic landscape of small nucleolar RNAs (snoRNAs) across 29 cancer types using The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) data to link snoRNA expression with genetic variants, patient survival, GWAS risk loci, and drug response.
