GrgPhenoSim

GrgPhenoSim is a fast phenotype simulator for Genotype Representation Graphs (GRGs), designed for scalable statistical genetics and suitable for simulating phenotypes on biobank-scale datasets. It is substantially faster than existing simulators and offers standardized output with customizable simulations.
