GRS
GRS compresses genome resequencing data and reconstructs individual genome sequences from a reference genome without requiring prior variation maps such as single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), deletions, or insertions, enabling efficient storage and analysis of eukaryotic resequencing datasets.
