GT-seq scripts

GT-seq scripts is a bioinformatics workflow for developing SNP panels from low-coverage whole-genome sequencing data, designed to support fisheries stewardship in Northern Canada. It enables high-throughput genotyping for Arctic Char, Brook Trout, and Lake Whitefish.
