GTRD integrates uniformly annotated Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) datasets including ChIP-seq, ChIP-exo, DNase-seq, MNase-seq, ATAC-seq, and RNA-seq to support analysis of transcription regulation and mapping of transcription factor binding sites, gene expression profiles, and regulatory elements.
