HolistIC
HolistIC predicts double minute (DM) chromosome architectures by integrating whole genome shotgun sequencing (WGS) and Hi-C sequencing data to resolve overlapping amplicon coordinates and characterize acentric extrachromosomal DNA amplifications such as oncogene and drug-resistance gene amplicons in tumor genomes.
