HOMDscrape

HOMDscrape is a Python tool that retrieves and processes amino acid sequences and identifiers from the expanded Human Oral Microbiome Database (eHOMD). It was developed to analyze bacterial motility related genes within the human oral microbiota, and enables phylogenetic analysis of relevant protein components.
