HRRD curates regulatory interactions between Human Papillomavirus (HPV) — a small double-stranded DNA virus associated with cancers — and host RNA molecules (mRNA, miRNA, lncRNA) to support studies of HPV-driven carcinogenesis and prognostic biomarker discovery.
