HTSanalyzeR

HTSanalyzeR performs integrative analysis of high-throughput screening (HTS) data to identify enriched and over-represented gene sets, compare gene set responses between conditions, and detect rich subnetworks from RNA interference (RNAi) and small-molecule perturbation experiments.
