HTSvis
HTSvis provides exploratory data analysis and visualization for arrayed high-throughput screening (HTS) experiments to enable quality control, integration, and interpretation of per-well aggregated raw and analyzed data from RNA interference (RNAi), small-molecule, and image-based screens.
