huARdb

huARdb provides a centralized repository and analysis resource linking single-cell transcriptomes with full-length human T-cell receptor (TCR) and B-cell receptor (BCR) sequences to support immune repertoire and clonotype studies.

Key Features:

  • Extensive data collection: Contains 444,794 high-confidence T or B cells (hcT/B cells) derived from 215 datasets.
  • Standardized processing workflow: All datasets are processed through sequence alignment, cell subtype prediction, unsupervised cell clustering, and clonotype definition.
  • High-throughput clonotype and functional analysis: Enables study of individual TCR/BCR clonotypes and their functions in normal and pathological settings.
  • V(D)J diversity characterization: Supports analyses of receptor diversity generated by stochastic V(D)J recombination.

Scientific Applications:

  • Repertoire diversity analysis: Characterizes TCR and BCR repertoire diversity at single-cell resolution.
  • Clonal expansion and clonotype tracking: Identifies and analyzes clonal expansions and individual clonotypes across datasets.
  • Immune response profiling in health and disease: Investigates immune responses across physiological and pathological conditions.
  • Receptor signaling and therapeutic target investigation: Supports analysis of receptor signaling pathways and potential therapeutic targets.

Methodology:

Datasets were uniformly processed using sequence alignment, cell subtype prediction, unsupervised cell clustering, and clonotype definition.
