Human AGEs

Human AGEs integrates and visualizes genomic, archaeological, and anthropological data across space and time to support archeogenomic analyses of human populations and their history.

  • Spatio-Temporal Visualization: Spatio-temporal visualizations integrate genomic data including ancient DNA (aDNA) with archaeological and anthropological information to represent changes across time and geography.
  • Multi-Layered Data Display: Map-based multi-layer displays (bubble charts, pie charts, heatmaps, tag clouds) enable layered representation and simultaneous inspection of diverse data types.
  • Customization Options: Clustering, filtering, and styling options allow tailoring of visual representations to specific analytical needs.
  • Graph Database Integration: Integration with a pre-existing graph database of archeogenomic records supports linking and querying heterogeneous genomic and contextual data.
  • Data Export and Session Management: Export of map state as high-resolution images and saving of session files enables preservation and sharing of analytical states.
