IBDTransDB aggregates curated transcriptomic datasets for inflammatory bowel disease to enable comparative analyses, pathway enrichment, gene-signature identification, cell-type deconvolution, and meta-analysis to prioritize genes and pathways related to IBD pathogenesis and treatment response.
