ICAnnoLncRNA

ICAnnoLncRNA identifies, classifies, and annotates long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) within assembled transcriptomic sequences to support discovery and characterization of lncRNAs, defined as RNA molecules exceeding 200 nucleotides that do not encode proteins.
