ICEscreen detects Integrative and Conjugative Elements (ICEs) and Integrative Mobilizable Elements (IMEs) in Firmicute genomes to annotate mobile genetic elements that carry genes associated with antibiotic resistance, virulence, and specialized metabolic pathways.
