idDMR

idDMR is an R package for detecting differentially methylated regions (DMRs) that uses a normalized kernel-weighted model and is array-adaptive to account for differences in probe spacing between Illumina platforms. The tool allows for convenient implementation of the array-adaptive DMR method.
