IHP-PING

IHP-PING generates integrated human protein-protein interaction (PPI) networks by extracting and unifying heterogeneous PPI datasets from multiple online resources for local storage and quantitative network analysis, and is implemented as a Python package.

  • Real-time Network Generation: Produces integrated human PPI networks on-the-fly to reflect the latest available data from online resources.
