IMP provides organized genomic and transcriptomic omics data and integrated analysis resources for medicinal plants to support investigation of molecular metabolic and biosynthetic pathways underlying bioactive compounds with antitumor, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties.

  • Extensive Genomic Database: Curates 8,565,672 genes from 84 high-quality genome assemblies.
  • Transcriptome Sequencing Samples: Integrates 2,156 transcriptome sequencing samples covering diverse organs, tissues, developmental stages, and stimulations.
  • Integrated Analysis Modules: Provides ten integrated analysis modules for examination of gene annotations, sequences, functions, distributions, and expression.
