Informed-Proteomics

Informed-Proteomics performs top-down proteomics analysis of intact proteins from liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) data to identify and quantify proteoforms while preserving post-translational modifications, isoforms, and proteolytic processing.
