InteMAP
InteMAP integrates the de novo assemblers ABySS, IDBA-UD, and CABOG to improve draft metagenomic assemblies from Illumina and other next-generation sequencing (NGS) short reads by selecting assembly strategies based on estimated sequencing coverage to increase contiguity and gene recovery.
