IONISE

IONISE is a Bayesian inference method for estimating epidemiological parameters, addressing biases arising from unrealistic assumptions in conventional models. The tool, implemented as a user-friendly package, accurately estimates the reproduction number and reveals changes in the infectious period distribution, as demonstrated in the COVID-19 pandemic.
