IPTK

IPTK provides analysis and visualization of mass-spectrometry-based immunopeptidomic data to characterize HLA-associated peptides and support integrative omics studies.

Key Features:

  • High-level API for analysis and visualization: Offers programmatic functions to analyze and visualize peptides identified in immunopeptidomics datasets.
  • Mass-spectrometry-based data processing: Processes mass-spectrometry-derived peptide identifications from immunopeptidomic experiments.
  • Integration of transcriptomic and protein structural information: Integrates transcriptomic and protein structural data to provide additional context for identified peptides.
  • Comparative analysis tools: Enables comparison across experimental datasets or runs to evaluate reproducibility and differences in peptide presentation.
  • Modular and extensible architecture: Implements a modular framework that can be extended with additional analytical modules.

Scientific Applications:

  • HLA-peptidome characterization: Characterizes peptides presented by HLA proteins in immunopeptidomic studies.
  • Antigen presentation and T cell epitope studies: Supports identification and analysis of peptides relevant to T cell recognition and antigen presentation.
  • Integrative omics in immunology: Facilitates combining peptide, transcriptomic, and protein structural data to investigate adaptive immune responses.

Methodology:

Processes mass-spectrometry-based immunopeptidomic data to identify and analyze HLA-associated peptides, integrates transcriptomic and protein structural information, exposes a high-level API for analysis and visualization, and supports comparative analyses across datasets within a modular architecture.
