IsobaricQuant
IsobaricQuant quantifies peptides labeled with isobaric mass tags (iTRAQ and TMT) to improve accuracy of MS-based quantitative proteomics by addressing precursor interference from co-isolation of co-eluting precursors with similar mass-to-charge ratios.
