IsoBase identifies functionally related proteins across five major eukaryotic model organisms — Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Drosophila melanogaster, Caenorhabditis elegans, Mus musculus, and Homo sapiens — by integrating sequence similarity and protein–protein interaction (PPI) networks.
