ISOGlyP

ISOGlyP predicts isoform-specific mucin-type O-glycosylation sites by assigning polypeptide GalNAc-transferase (GalNAc-T) isoforms that may transfer N-acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc) to serine or threonine residues.
