Kraken2Tax converts Kraken taxonomic classification output into a Galaxy-compatible taxonomy format for integration into metagenomic analysis workflows.

- Speed and Efficiency: Leverages Kraken's performance to classify 100 base-pair reads at rates exceeding 4.1 million reads per minute, faster than Megablast and MetaPhlAn.
