LegumeIP provides an integrative database for comparative genomics and transcriptomics of legumes to support analysis of gene function and genome evolution.

- Comprehensive Genomic Data: Compiles genomic sequences from Medicago truncatula, Glycine max (soybean), Lotus japonicus, Arabidopsis thaliana, and Populus trichocarpa for comparative analyses.
- Annotation Resources: Integrates annotations from UniProt, InterProScan, Gene Ontology, and the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG).
