LIgO

LIgO is a Python tool for simulating adaptive immune receptors and repertoires with known ground-truth immune signals, designed to aid in the development and benchmarking of AIRR-based machine learning. The software allows for the generation of simulated data incorporating complex immune information and preserves native-like generation probability distributions.
