LIQUORICE
LIQUORICE extracts bias-corrected coverage signatures from aligned whole-genome sequencing (WGS) data of cell-free DNA (cfDNA) by leveraging nucleosome-protected fragmentation patterns to infer chromatin accessibility and cell-of-origin from liquid biopsies.
