Latent Interaction Testing (LIT)

LIT is an R package that uses a kernel-based approach to detect latent genetic interactions in genome-wide association studies (GWAS) leveraging information across multiple traits. It accepts standard PLINK files as input and has been applied to obesity-related traits in the UK Biobank.
