LncACTdb provides a curated repository of experimentally validated competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) interactions and associated expression and clinical data to support analysis of ceRNA networks and precision medicine.

  • Sub-cellular Localization: Curates sub-cellular and extracellular vesicle localizations of ceRNAs.
  • lncRNA Biomarkers for Cancer: Contains over 10,000 experimentally supported long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) biomarkers associated with tumor diagnosis and therapy.
  • Expression and Clinical Data Integration: Integrates lncRNA, mRNA, and miRNA expression profiles with clinical and pathological information from thousands of cancer patients.
  • Patient-specific Network Analysis Tools: Provides analytical tools for constructing and analyzing lncRNA-related, patient-specific, and custom-designed ceRNA networks.
