LncExpDB

LncExpDB provides a curated expression database of human long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), aggregating expression profiles and predicted lncRNA–mRNA interactions to support analysis of lncRNA functions across diverse biological conditions.

  • Comprehensive expression profiles: Contains expression data for 101,293 high-quality human lncRNA genes derived from 1,977 samples across 337 distinct biological conditions organized into nine biological contexts.
  • Expression reliability and capacity estimation: Evaluates transcriptional reliability and estimates functional capacities of lncRNAs based on their expression characteristics.
  • Featured gene identification: Identifies 25,191 featured lncRNA genes selected for likely functional relevance according to expression patterns and interactions.
  • LncRNA–mRNA interaction network: Provides a repository of 28,443,865 predicted interactions between lncRNAs and protein-coding mRNAs indicating potential regulatory partnerships.
