LncSEA

LncSEA provides curated reference sets of human long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) and performs enrichment analysis to annotate lncRNA functions and regulatory associations.


Key Features:

  • Comprehensive Database: Hosts over 40,000 reference lncRNA sets across 18 main categories and 66 sub-categories encompassing more than 50,000 lncRNAs.
  • Data Integration: Integrates transcription factor (TF) ChIP-seq, DNase-seq, ATAC-seq and H3K27ac ChIP-seq datasets to identify lncRNA sets associated with upstream TFs and DNA regulatory elements.
  • Enrichment Analysis: Performs enrichment analysis of input lncRNA lists against the reference lncRNA sets to infer functional and regulatory associations.
