LPIcom analyzes protein-ligand interactions to identify and predict ligand-interacting residues and binding motifs across 824 distinct ligands using PDB-derived binding sites.
Key Features:
- Extensive Ligand Coverage: Supports analysis for 824 distinct ligands, each represented by a minimum of 30 protein binding sites in the Protein Data Bank (PDB).
