LTFHPlus

LTFHPlus is an R package implementing an extension of the liability threshold family history (LT-FH) model for automatic detection of n-degree family members. It uses a Gibbs sampler and allows for flexible family structures, facilitating analysis of familial aggregation of diseases and traits.
