MacadamiaGGD integrates germplasm, genomic, transcriptomic, and marker data for Macadamia species to support genetic, genomic, and breeding research.

  • Comprehensive Genomic Data: Contains five genomes from four different species of macadamia, including three chloroplast and mitochondrial genomes.
  • Annotated Genome Information: Provides detailed genome annotations for in-depth genomic studies.
  • Transcriptomic Data: Includes transcriptomic data for three distinct macadamia varieties to inform gene expression analyses.
  • Germplasm Data: Stores germplasm information for four species and 262 main varieties for breeding and conservation research.
  • Genetic Linkage Maps: Incorporates nine genetic linkage maps for marker identification and mapping studies.
