MACE

MACE provides a curated repository of electron impact (EI) mass spectra to expand and complement commercial GC/MS spectral libraries such as NIST and WILEY for chemical ecology applications.


Key Features:

  • Curated EI spectra collection: Contains electron impact (EI) mass spectra specifically curated for gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) analyses to support chemical identification.
  • Complementary database to commercial libraries: Fills spectral gaps relative to commercial libraries such as NIST and WILEY to broaden the scope of compound identification.
  • Text file format: Spectra are stored as text files for direct use with GC/MS data processing workflows and file-format–based integration.
