MANA (mMoA identification Assisted by modelling and Network Analysis)

MANA is a Python module that detects metabolic changes induced by chemical exposure by computing condition-specific metabolic models and analyzing their impact on metabolic networks. It provides a workflow to identify mechanisms of action (mMoA) through network analysis and visualization of metabolic changes.
