MangoBase provides a genomics portal and gene expression atlas for Mangifera indica L. to enable genomic and transcriptomic analyses of mango varieties.

• Interactive bioinformatics tools: Suite of analytical tools for analysis and visualization of mango genomic and transcriptomic data.
• Sequences and annotations: Hosts genome sequences and gene annotations derived from recently released genomes of several mango varieties.
• Gene expression atlas: Compiles 12 datasets comprising 80 RNA-seq experiments covering fruit ripening, tissue differentiation, and responses to environmental treatments.
• Diverse experimental data: Includes experiments across cultivars differing in pulp firmness, sweetness and peel coloration, and studies of postharvest treatments (e.g., hot water treatment) and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides infection scenarios.
• Organ tissue analysis: Provides expression data for the main tissues of the mango tree.
