mbQTL

mbQTL provides R/Bioconductor methods to estimate microbial quantitative trait loci (mbQTLs) by associating host single-nucleotide variants (SNVs/SNPs) with microbial abundances derived from 16S ribosomal RNA (rRNA) sequencing data.
