Meet-URO stratifies prognostic risk in metastatic renal cell carcinoma (mRCC) patients treated with second- and third-line cabozantinib by integrating the International Metastatic RCC Database Consortium (IMDC) score with neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and bone metastasis status.

• Enhanced Risk Stratification: Divides patients into three prognostic groups based on the Meet-URO score—Group 1 (score 0–3, 55.2% of patients) with median overall survival (mOS) 39.4 months; Group 2 (score 4–8, 38.5%) with mOS 11.2 months; Group 3 (score 9, 6.3%) with mOS 3.2 months.
• Integration of clinical parameters: Incorporates neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and presence of bone metastases into the IMDC scoring framework.
