MemProtMD

MemProtMD automates the assembly of membrane protein structures from the Protein Data Bank (PDB) into simulated lipid bilayers using Coarse-Grained Self Assembly Molecular Dynamics simulations and provides lipid contact and topology data to support studies of membrane protein structure and function.
