Molecular simulations are slow because the system usually gets stuck in local energy minima. To address this problem, metadynamics uses an artificial bias potential calculated adaptivly during the simulation. Metadynminer is R package for analysis and visualization of metadynamics results, primarily from popular Plumed package.
