MethReg

MethReg models the influence of CpG DNA methylation on transcription factor (TF)-mediated gene expression by integrating matched DNA methylation and gene-expression data in an R/Bioconductor framework to prioritize regulatory CpG sites identified in epigenome-wide association studies (EWAS).
