MG-ncRexplorer analyzes non-coding RNA interactions (miRNA, lncRNA, circRNA) with brain microglia by integrating manually curated and computationally detected associations and GEO expression profiles to support regulatory network construction and identification of risk-associated miRNAs in glioma.
