MiDAS
MiDAS provides R functions to transform and analyze immunogenetic variation in Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) and Killer-cell Immunoglobulin-like Receptor (KIR), enabling HLA amino-acid fine mapping, HLA evolutionary divergence analysis, HLA–KIR interaction analysis, and statistical association testing with phenotypes on various scales.
