MiDASR

MiDASR provides comprehensive analysis of human immunogenetic variation by enabling statistical association testing and molecular-level mapping of Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) and Killer-cell Immunoglobulin-like Receptor (KIR) types.

• R package implementation: Implemented as an R package for analysis of immunogenetic data.
