MIKB consolidates and integrates curated multi-omics, genetic, and risk-factor data on myocardial infarction to support translational and molecular research.

  • Literature-derived repository: Contains data extracted from 4,817 research articles yielding 9,701 records that include 2,054 single factors, 209 combined factors, 243 risk models, 37 MI subtypes, and 3,406 interactions between single factors and MI conditions.
  • MIGD (Myocardial Infarction Genomic Database) module: Includes 1,782 omics factors, 28 MI subtypes, 2,347 interactions between omics factors and MI conditions, 1,253 genes, and six chromosomal alterations sourced from 2,647 research articles.
  • Multi-omics integration: Integrates genomic, multi-omics factors and their functional annotations to link molecular data with MI phenotypes.
  • Risk models and factors: Catalogues 243 risk models and both single and combined risk factors for use in risk assessment and diagnostic prediction studies.
  • Gene function and drug interaction annotations: Documents functions of MI-related genes and their interactions with pharmaceuticals to enable investigation of gene–drug relationships.
