MINTIA
MINTIA assembles, filters, removes cloning vector sequences, and annotates metagenomic DNA inserts from activity-based (functional) metagenomics—derived from large DNA fragments cloned into vectors and expressed in host organisms—to identify genes responsible for metabolic activities in uncultured bacteria.
