miRMOD identifies and analyzes post-transcriptional 5′ and 3′ end modifications of microRNAs (miRNAs) from small RNA Next Generation Sequencing (sRNA NGS) data to evaluate their effects on miRNA stability and miRNA–mRNA interactions.
